Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

RETURN POLICY

Our products are designed to provide you with complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase from our store, we will gladly accept your return of new, unworn or unused merchandise within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund to your credit card or Paypal account less the cost for shipping. 

 

When making a return, customer must notify Llamaste through the contact page and reference original order number. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive your USPS or UPS shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Shipping label will be printed with original address provided by customer at time order was made unless notified otherwise. 

Please note that returns made without prior notification by purchaser will not be processed. Llamaste is not responsible for items lost during shipping process.

 

Items must be in returned original condition, unworn or unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Once the goods are received under these terms, we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods within 10 days of receipt. 

Final sale items are not returnable.

International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.

Once we process your return, we will send you a confirmation via email.

 

We do not accept exchanges through our online store. 


New, unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging received 31 days or more after purchase will be accepted for an online store credit only. 


We cannot accept returns of worn, used or damaged merchandise, merchandise without original tags and packaging or final sale merchandise.


All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Llamaste is not responsible for lost return shipments. 


If a refund is due, funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. 


Please note, processing of your online return make take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return shipment. 


Depending on your credit card company, a credit card refund should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles. 
 

Return policy applies only to orders placed on Llamasteinc.com. Customers who purchase Llamaste products through any other vendors, whether online or in a physical store must abide by that store's policy. Llamaste, inc reserves the right to modify its return policy.
 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

Unless otherwise specified, we will honor a price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase order date on items purchased on llamasteinc.com for the difference between your order price and the new sale price. 
Please have your order number when you contact our customer service team to request a price adjustment.
